    This product is a complex of refined iodine and non-ionic surfactants under specific conditions, with a slight characteristic odor of iodine; it is easily soluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone, and non-flammable.

 

    This product is used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient for producing medical povidone-iodine disinfectants. Enterprises with formulation capabilities or formulation departments in healthcare institutions can dilute it with distilled or deionized water to various concentrations with effective iodine levels of 0.2–1.0%, based on the product's labeled effective iodine concentration. It can then be used for disinfecting skin, mucous membranes, and skin wounds according to the application scope and methods of iodine disinfectants. It is also used for disinfecting surgical instruments and environmental disinfection (for detailed usage methods, refer to the instructions for various types of iodine disinfectants). Compared to traditional iodine tincture disinfectants, it offers advantages such as being non-irritating and easy to decolorize. This product serves as an active ingredient for skin disinfectants and antiseptic washes, and can replace skin disinfectants like iodine tincture, mercurochrome, gentian violet, benzalkonium bromide, and chlorhexidine. It is diluted to the required effective iodine concentration for disinfection.

 

    This product is packaged in 25 kg plastic drums. The packaging containers are labeled with the product name, specifications, batch number, net weight, and manufacturer's name.

 

    This product should be stored indoors in a well-ventilated, dry, and cool place, protected from light. During transportation, handle with care, avoiding impact.

    The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
