Poloxamer 407

Lutrol®F 127 (Poloxamer 407) is a block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide; this product complies with the current European Pharmacopoeia (Ph.Eur) and United States Pharmacopeia (USP/NF) requirements for Poloxamer 407. This product has obtained an import product registration certificate. It is primarily used as a thickener and gelling agent, as a co-emulsifier and viscosity enhancer in creams and emulsions, and is applied in the pharmaceutical industry and daily chemical fields; for example, in the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used as a solubilizer for active ingredients of certain drugs, in eye drops; as a stabilizer for topical and oral suspension formulations; in daily chemical products as a viscosity modifier; additionally, this product can also be used in toothpaste, mouthwash, and oral rinse solutions.
