In 2019, it was reorganized and renamed, officially forming Hubei Xin Liu Wu Food Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 260 million yuan. The group company oversees several subsidiaries, including Qianjiang Xin Liu Wu Food Technology Co., Ltd., Hubei Liu Wu Ecological Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd., and Hubei Liu Wu E-commerce Co., Ltd. It operates two production bases in Laoxin Town and Zongkou Management District of Qianjiang City.

The company specializes in the processing of freshwater aquatic products such as crayfish and frozen surimi, possessing a complete industrial chain integrating breeding, research, processing, and sales. To comprehensively enhance the comprehensive strength of the fish and shrimp industry and achieve the transition from traditional to modern aquaculture, the company, following a development approach of scale, standardization, and intensification, has focused on building the "Xiuhе Village Ten-Thousand-Mu Crayfish-Rice Co-cultivation Base" and the "Xuli Village Silver Carp Breeding Base." Hubei Xin Liu Wu Food Group Co., Ltd. invested 550 million yuan in a project located in the Qianjiang Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park, which processes 180,000 tons annually of frozen crayfish, frozen freshwater fish products, and aquatic feed. The project covers an area of 230 acres with a construction area of 100,000 square meters. After its completion and operation in April 2022, it is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of over 1.3 billion yuan and provide 8,000 employment opportunities.
