Subway Luminous Tempered Glass Exit Sign

The station hall evacuation indicator is installed on the ground passage of the subway station hall and must be placed at stair exits without interruption.

I. Product Performance:
1. After absorbing any visible light for 5-10 minutes, it continues to glow in the dark for over 12 hours and can be reused indefinitely;
2. Utilizes self-produced high-brightness luminous powder, which is safe, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, harmless, non-radioactive, and cost-effective;
3. Features double-layered tempered glass (ordinary ones only have the upper layer tempered, while the lower layer is regular glass). The light-storing interlayer uses high-brightness fully luminous aluminum plates, vacuum-sealed and laminated in a furnace, with waterproof and moisture-proof ratings up to IP68, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
4. The photoluminescent fire safety evacuation signs must meet the requirements of GA480.3-2004 for weather resistance, color adhesion, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, water resistance, and radioactivity.

II. Specifications:
The conventional size of circular glass station hall signs is φ200mm. Arrow patterns can be customized as needed, and text can be added.

Exterior color: Light yellow or green powder.

Luminous color: Light yellow glow or green glow.

Main peak wavelength of luminescence: 520nm.

Drill holes and create grooves according to the dimensions, install the product, and ensure the bottom is filled solidly with cement to avoid hollow spaces, preventing glass depression due to long-term foot traffic.
