The button operating head is composed of an upper cover made of plastic material, elastic rubber, a compression plastic ring, a push rod, a compression ring, a fixing part, a button cover, the button operating head housing, and a sealing ring. The button body housing consists of a lower housing, a compression part, and a push rod. It contains contact pieces, contact springs, and other components. Characteristics of the explosion-proof emergency stop button: cast aluminum alloy housing with surface plastic coating.

The overall structure is composite, with the housing adopting an increased safety structure, providing strong waterproof and dustproof capabilities. The installed buttons, indicator lights, and ammeters are all explosion-proof components. Both conduit and cable wiring are acceptable.
