Kotutai Capillary Water Film

Water film is categorized by usage into thin, medium-thick, thick, and fixed controllable thickness water films. Thin water films are primarily used for high-quality printing, such as four-color halftone printing and fine line printing. They are suitable for screen meshes with a count of 120 and finer, and compatible inks include solvent-based, standard UV, and water-based UV inks.

Medium-thick water films are generally used with screen meshes ranging from 70 to 120 mesh counts, applied in line printing and special industrial applications. Thick water films are suitable for users with high printing quality requirements, typically using screen meshes of 70 mesh or coarser.
