Tianling 100B Photosensitive Adhesive

1. Color: Blue viscous emulsion, water and solvent-resistant properties, suitable for high-precision electronic products and fine lines such as PCBs, decals, mobile phone covers, and solar cells. It offers excellent solvent resistance, water resistance, and moisture resistance, with high printing durability. It has a short exposure time, good image reproduction, and can produce fine lines. High solid content, good coating performance, excellent leveling, smooth screen surface, and fast development speed.
2. Storage of photosensitive emulsion: Store the unsensitized emulsion in a cool, dark place at 20°C. Do not store it in environments above 25°C or below 5°C. Store diazo in a refrigerator at 0-5°C.
3. Diazo dissolution: Use purified water to dissolve diazo. If tap water is used directly, the minerals and rust in the water may cause a chemical reaction with the photosensitive emulsion, affecting its performance. In severe cases, it may cause the colloid to clump, making it unusable.
4. Drying oven temperature: The optimal temperature for the drying oven is below 40°C. Temperatures above 40°C may cause a thermal reaction in the photosensitive emulsion, reducing its resolution.
5. Winter development: If the development water temperature is too low in winter, it may result in poor screen development. It is recommended to use warm water at 25°C.
