A+B Hardener

A+B hardener has a curing effect on the film surface of the screen printing stencil, making it an essential auxiliary material for producing precision screen printing stencils. It is formulated using internationally advanced technology, and its principle involves a strong cross-linking reaction with the photosensitive emulsion, thereby enhancing the adhesion between the photosensitive emulsion and the screen mesh and improving the stencil's durability. It can increase the stencil's printing resistance to approximately 3-5 times the original level, with good cases achieving over 100,000 prints, significantly reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.

The product is a transparent liquid, non-ionic dual-component type, suitable for new stencils.

Its characteristics include fast drying, hardness, wear resistance, durability, strong corrosion resistance, and highly noticeable effects.

The shelf life is 2 years when stored in a greenhouse environment, at room temperature between 5-40°C. It should be sealed and stored, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight or freezing.
