Unit Introduction
A cooling device primarily designed to control oil temperature, used for cooling lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and other liquids in various mechanical equipment. Commonly applied in CNC machine tools, machining centers, hydraulic presses, bearings, and various processing equipment.
The hydraulic oil cooling unit consists of three parts: a refrigeration system, an oil circulation system, and an automatic control system. The refrigeration system uses fully enclosed refrigeration compressors. The oil circulation system is composed of oil pumps, pressure controllers, and oil pipelines. The automatic control system employs an intelligent temperature controller. The entire unit is easy to operate, safe, and reliable, making it an ideal oil cooling device.
Unit Principle:
The compressor operates, converting low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which enters the condenser. The heat inside the condenser is expelled by external cooling water or cooling fans. After releasing heat, the refrigerant liquefies into a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid and flows out. It passes through a dryer filter, then enters the expansion valve for throttling (a rapid cooling process) and pressure reduction. The refrigerant liquefies into a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid and enters the evaporator for heat exchange. The low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the surrounding medium (oil) outside the evaporator. During the heat absorption process, the refrigerant temperature remains constant while its volume changes. After absorbing heat, the low-pressure hydraulic refrigerant vaporizes into a low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant and enters the compressor. It is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas and enters the condenser, thus completing the entire refrigeration cycle.

Functions and Features

2. The oil circulation system of the hydraulic oil cooling unit uses variable vane pumps or cycloidal pumps, featuring low noise and stable output pressure and flow;
3. The control system uses a full Chinese LCD computer controller with CPU automatic control, enabling human-machine dialogue. It is simple and intuitive to operate. The device offers two control modes: "Constant Temperature Mode" and "Room Temperature Synchronization," allowing users to choose based on actual needs. The hydraulic oil cooling unit controls temperature within ±1°C. The full Chinese display shows automatic fault diagnosis, directly displaying fault points on the screen to prompt users for quick handling. Fault signals can be transmitted to the machine's CNC system via passive terminals to avoid machine damage or workpiece scrapping;
4. Provides multiple protection functions and passive terminals, facilitating centralized control and monitoring with CNC;
5. Prevents CNC machine spindles from being affected by oil temperature changes, ensuring spindle accuracy and machining precision;
6. Prevents spindle center offset or thermal deformation in CNC machines, extending mechanical service life;
7. Prevents oil quality deterioration due to high temperatures, maintains constant oil viscosity, stabilizes oil pressure, and avoids oil vibration.

4. Brand digital temperature controller with oil temperature control accuracy of ±1°C and setting range from 3°C to 50°C.
5. Stainless steel water tank, removable shell-and-tube evaporator, easy and quick cleaning and maintenance.
6. The condenser of the hydraulic oil cooling unit is a finned coil, reasonably designed for good heat exchange. It consists of copper tubes with fins, using a secondary flanging fin expansion process.
7. Electrostatic spray-coated shell with European design, aesthetically pleasing. The outer panel adopts a quick-disassembly form for easy use and maintenance.
