Mobile Tent Dehumidification, Cooling, and Air Conditioning Unit

During field exercises, the temperature and humidity control of storage tents require the use of a product developed by our company: the "Mobile Tent Dehumidification, Cooling, and Air Conditioning Unit." It is portable, waterproof, oxidation-resistant, compact, high-airflow, and easy to transport.

Working Principle

The unit features an integrated design. At the reserved air vent of the tent, connect the air duct to the unit for air supply and return. The air inside the tent passes through the unit's evaporator, where it undergoes indirect heat exchange with the low-temperature refrigerant. During this exchange, the air gains cooling capacity while being dehumidified, resulting in lower temperature. The cooled, dry air is then circulated back into the tent by the fan, creating a continuous cycle.

Unit Features:

1. The system is optimized for high energy efficiency ratio and features a long-range air outlet design, offering lower energy consumption and longer air delivery distance compared to similar products;

2. Multiple defrosting options are available, with short defrosting time and excellent results. The hot reflux defrosting type includes dual overheating protection, reducing temperature rebound during defrosting and saving energy consumption;

3. Fully waterproof and anti-corrosion housing design, using anti-oxidation gas protection welding technology. The system maintains high cleanliness, with a rationally arranged heat exchanger to reduce air intake resistance and minimize contact thermal resistance;

4. Resistant to moisture and low temperatures, high airflow, low noise, and stable, reliable operation;

5. Fully intelligent temperature control system, with the unit equipped with an R485 communication port, enabling wired or wireless remote control.

Scope:

Command Tent Cooling

The unit is suitable for cooling mobile command tents during field exercises. Connect the air duct to the mobile tent requiring cooling. The fresh air temperature is adjustable from 5 to 30°C. After setting the temperature, the unit intelligently regulates to achieve the desired temperature and humidity levels inside the tent.

Storage Tent Cooling

The mobile tent dehumidification, cooling, and air conditioning unit connects to the mobile tent via air supply and return ducts. The unit comes with built-in dehumidification functionality and an RS485 communication port, enabling remote wireless control. Additional humidification features can be added based on actual working conditions.

Logistics Support Tent Cooling

The food preservation cold storage unit is available in split or integrated models. The split unit does not require air duct connections, while the integrated unit only needs air supply and return ducts connected to the preservation storage. Temperature control ranges from 5 to 10 degrees. The unit includes built-in dehumidification and an RS485 communication port for remote wireless control.
