Computer Room Cooling Methods

1. Integrated unit (recirculating air cooling): The unit requires an air duct to introduce cold air into the data center room and extract air from the data center room into the Computer Room Cooling and Refrigeration Air Handling Unit for recirculation cooling, effectively controlling the temperature and humidity of the air inside the data center.

2. Integrated unit (fresh air cooling): The unit only requires an air duct to introduce fresh cold air into the data center room for cooling, without the need for a return air duct.

3. Split unit: The unit consists of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, similar to household air conditioners. The outdoor and indoor units are connected by copper pipes, enabling internal air circulation cooling in the computer room.

Equipment Packaging and Transportation

1. For users in Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Huizhou, equipment is packaged with cardboard and protective film and transported by dedicated vehicles.

2. Small equipment is packaged with protective film and wooden crates and shipped via logistics.

3. Large equipment is packaged with cardboard and protective film and transported by dedicated vehicles.

4. For export, equipment is packaged in export wooden crates and transported by dedicated vehicles or logistics to the cargo ship terminal.

After-Sales Service

Our company's equipment comes with a one-year warranty and lifelong maintenance (excluding human factors and consumables). Upon receiving a written equipment repair notice from the customer, we respond within 36 hours for on-site repairs in Guangdong Province and within 72 hours for on-site repairs outside Guangdong Province.
