Equipment Purpose

The air outlet of the refrigeration unit, the grinding equipment, the dust removal equipment, and the air inlet of the fan are sequentially connected via transfer pipelines. The unit delivers cold air into the grinding tank, enabling the powder coating to rapidly cool down with the cold source.

Grinding Cooling Principle

A cold air diversion cavity is installed outside the grinding tank. The cold air from the powder coating cooling low-temperature air conditioning unit passes through the diversion cavity and enters the grinding chamber from the bottom air inlet. Under the action of the fan, the air is then extracted from the grinding tank.
