However, in long tunnels, air transported over long distances in high-temperature environments is heated by the surrounding rock, reaching temperatures nearly identical to the original tunnel temperature before arriving at the work area, resulting in minimal cooling effect. Efficiently and economically reducing high temperatures in deep, long tunnels during construction to improve the working environment is an urgent issue. Therefore, it is necessary to install a movable, customized low-temperature air-cooled unit in the tunnel to provide localized cooling in the work area, effectively lowering temperatures and creating a cooler environment for construction personnel.

Working Principle

Select a location in the tunnel to place the low-temperature air-cooled unit. Extract air from the tunnel, cool it to serve as a cold source, and then use a fan to deliver the cold air to the mining work area for effective cooling, reducing the temperature to the desired ideal level.
