Concrete Pouring Cooling Chiller
Unit Introduction
Concrete pouring is crucial during the construction process. The hydration reaction of cement releases heat, which can lead to excessively high temperatures. The standard pouring temperature for concrete is between 5°C and 25°C. Excessively high temperatures can cause cracking and other issues, affecting the strength and toughness of the concrete. Cooling measures are necessary, and a concrete cooling chiller is used to control the water temperature. Mixing concrete with water below 10°C can achieve the suitable temperature required for concrete pouring.
Unit Classification
1. By Cooling (Heat Dissipation) Method
A、Water-cooled: (Shell and Tube Type) Condenser equipped with a cooling tower for heat dissipation.
B、Air-cooled: (Finned Type) Condenser dissipates heat through the unit's own fans.
2. By External Structure
A、Enclosed Type: Features an external casing with an internal water pump and water tank.
B、Open Type: No external casing; evaporator and condenser are shell and tube type; compressor is placed above the evaporator; no water pump, requires an external water tank and circulation pump.
3. By Evaporator Structure: Closed Chiller: Refers to an evaporator of shell and tube type, which can house a water pump internally or externally, may have a casing or not; the condenser type depends on whether it is air-cooled or water-cooled.

In summer, the ambient temperature of cement, stones, and sand is high, and water temperature is also elevated, which is not conducive to mixing. Thus, using a concrete cooling chiller to directly provide chilled water at 5-10℃, or an ice-water mixture at 0-2℃, can fully meet the process cooling requirements for concrete cooling.
2. The concrete cooling chiller uses screw compressors as the main refrigeration unit, combined with a fully automatic control system. It can automatically select single-stage or multi-stage cooling based on inlet and outlet water temperatures or seasonal operating modes (summer/winter).
