Introduction

Based on the design and usage experience of mining-type mine cooling units for mining areas, this unit adopts an optimized design for easy installation underground, simple operation, and convenient use. It provides a comfortable environment for mining operations, effectively enhancing production efficiency.

For the mining industry, whether it's gold, iron, fluorite, copper, nickel, gemstone, mica, asbestos, tungsten-zinc, silicon, rare earth, or other mines, since ores are located in underground rock layers, mining areas are generally high-temperature environments. Using ordinary fans to introduce fresh air for cooling is very limited and cannot effectively reduce temperatures, which is an urgent issue the industry needs to address. Therefore, it is necessary to configure a mine cooling unit for localized cooling of the work area. Only by reducing the temperature in the mining area to below 30°C can workers have a suitable environment for mining operations. When selecting a unit, it is essential to consider factors related to the mining environment, such as the presence of combustible gases in mines. If the unit has a circuit fault, it could cause open flames and potential losses. Hence, standard cooling fans commonly used are not suitable for this industry and also fail to meet environmental regulations. Working Principle

A suitable location in the mine is selected to place the mining-type mine cooling unit. Based on the refrigeration principle of the scroll compressor, air from the mine is cooled and used as a cold source. The cold air is then delivered to the mining work area via a blower.

4. Features a combined sheet metal structure for easy maintenance and internal cleaning. Includes thickened sheet metal and 6 to 8-inch large rubber wheels. The unit structure can be customized based on the user's mine entrance dimensions.
