Introduction

Constant Water Temperature – Air Energy Water Cooling and Heating System. The heating method utilizes heat from the air to warm the water, eliminating the need for additional heating elements. In this era of environmental protection and energy conservation, this unit is fully capable of meeting market demands.

Cooling Principle of the Unit

The compressor operates, converting low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which enters the condenser. Part of the heat from the refrigerant inside the condenser is expelled by external cooling water or cooling fans. After releasing heat, the refrigerant liquefies into a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid and flows out. It then passes through a dryer filter for drying and filtration before entering the expansion valve for throttling (a rapid cooling process) and pressure reduction. The refrigerant liquefies into a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid and enters the evaporator for heat exchange. The low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the surrounding medium (water, oil) outside the evaporator. During the heat absorption process, the refrigerant's temperature remains unchanged while its volume changes. After absorbing heat, the low-pressure hydraulic refrigerant vaporizes into a low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant and enters the compressor. It is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous state and enters the condenser, thereby completing the entire refrigeration cycle.

Heating Principle of the Unit

The refrigerant then enters the condenser, where its heat is utilized to heat the water tank. The heated water can reach up to 90 degrees Celsius. 1. Control components, microcomputer boards, single modules, PLCs, etc., use market-recognized brands such as LG, Bangpu, Siemens, Schneider, and Mitsubishi.

2. To enhance the stability and safety of the Air Energy Water Cooling and Heating System during use, the EU quality management system certification has been actively implemented in the production process. The selection of suppliers is carefully managed to ensure product quality, and strict standards are applied to load requirements. The unit's performance includes additional protection devices such as phase loss and reverse phase protection, motor overload protection, high and low pressure protection, automatic water shortage alarm, low temperature and anti-freezing protection.

After-Sales Service

1.One year free warranty, lifetime maintenance (excluding human factors, wear parts, and force majeure).

2.Upon receiving the customer's written equipment repair notice, response and on-site repair within 36 hours in Guangdong Province, and within 72 hours outside Guangdong Province.

3.After the warranty period, a separate service agreement can be arranged to ensure effective support during the customer's production process.

4.During the warranty period, if equipment failure is caused by product quality (excluding human factors), all costs will be borne by our company.

5.Outside the warranty period, costs incurred for equipment maintenance will be charged based on actual expenses.
