Product Features

Constant Temperature Principle:
1. The compressor operates, converting low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which enters the condenser. Part of the heat from the refrigerant in the condenser is expelled by external cooling water or cooling fans, causing the refrigerant to release heat and liquefy into a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid. After passing through a dryer filter for drying and filtration, it flows into the expansion valve for throttling (a rapid cooling process) and pressure reduction. The refrigerant liquefies into a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid and enters the evaporator for heat exchange. The low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the surrounding medium (water, oil) in the evaporator. During the heat absorption process, the refrigerant temperature remains constant while its volume changes. After absorbing heat, the low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant vaporizes into a low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant and enters the compressor. It is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas and enters the condenser, thus completing the entire refrigeration cycle.
2. Electric heater auxiliary heating enables rapid temperature rise to the required value for actual working conditions, ensuring high efficiency in maintaining constant temperature.
Constant Flow, Constant Pressure Principle:
Equipped with a frequency conversion water pump, flow sensor, and temperature sensor, programmed data is transmitted to the PLC module control system. The PLC module controls the flow and pressure of the frequency conversion water pump to achieve constant flow and constant pressure.
Unit Performance
The fuel cell test cooling water temperature reduction constant temperature unit adopts a multi-compressor parallel design, with each refrigeration system having its own refrigerant circuit. The refrigeration system is controlled by a PLC, enabling sequential startup and shutdown. The single-unit failure rate is extremely low, ensuring stable performance of the refrigeration system, making it the ideal choice for long-term operation.
Battery Testing Method
The inlet and outlet ends of the circulating water cooling device (battery plate or battery pack) of the battery testing system are connected to the water inlet and outlet of the fuel cell test circulating water constant temperature unit, forming a complete constant temperature, constant flow, and constant pressure circulating water circuit. This ensures effective control of temperature, flow, and water pressure, enhancing the overall performance of the battery testing system.
Quality Assurance
For any equipment purchased from our company, if any component is found to be a second-hand or counterfeit product after delivery, our company will compensate the user ten times the value of the counterfeit part. If the equipment is found to be undersized or of inferior quality after delivery, the user may unconditionally return or exchange the product, with all costs borne by our company.
