Product Features

The pool cooling chiller unit adopts a touch-type waterproof and dustproof control panel with a cooling temperature range of 5–30°C. It utilizes Schneider, LG series, or Siemens contactors. The control system is modularly designed and equipped with multiple protection devices, including acid and alkali ingress protection, current overload protection, high and low pressure protection, and time-delay protection. It promptly alerts and displays faults when malfunctions occur.

This product uses a new refrigeration compressor, resulting in a higher energy efficiency ratio. The condenser features a shell-and-tube design, and the evaporator copper tubes use internally threaded copper pipes to effectively improve heat exchange efficiency and facilitate cleaning.

The water pump is selected from Italian or Taiwanese high-flow, high-head pumps, ensuring safe, ultra-quiet, and energy-efficient operation. The unit's casing is finished with electrostatic powder coating, making it aesthetically pleasing. It is equipped with a stainless steel water tank for easy and quick cleaning. The tank includes a float-type automatic water replenishment device to measure and control water levels, effectively saving time and improving work efficiency for customers.

High-Temperature Pool Cooling Principle

Using the evaporative cooling method of the refrigeration compressor, the pump draws water from the high-temperature pool into the evaporator of the chiller unit for indirect heat exchange with the low-temperature refrigerant. The refrigeration process absorbs heat from the water in the high-temperature tank and carries it out of the unit. Through this cycle, the water in the tank is effectively cooled until the desired temperature is reached, at which point the unit automatically shuts down.

Pool cooling chiller units are primarily used for cooling industrial production equipment in industries such as plastic molding, injection molding, blow molding, casting, surface treatment, electroplating, electrophoresis, electronics, circuit board production, electronic chip manufacturing, chemicals, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food processing, aluminum profiles, aluminum alloys, tempered glass, coated glass production, ultrasonic cleaning, jewelry processing, fur processing, and ink production.

Large Pool Cooling Chiller Units

Semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressors with a 5:6 spiral rotor design offer 20–30% higher energy efficiency than conventional compressors. They feature reliable operation, high efficiency, easy maintenance, capacity control, and a wide range of applications. Key features include symmetrical rotor tooth profiles, four-stage or stepless capacity control systems, built-in differential pressure oil lubrication systems, low vibration, and low noise.

Microcomputer-controlled temperature with LCD dot-matrix display ensures a user-friendly, full Chinese interface for fully automated control. The LCD screen displays real-time operational status and monitors unit performance. The sealed touch panel is waterproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant, and has a long button life. Graded and stepless energy control systems are available, with 75%, 50%, and 25% graded energy control for general air conditioning systems, ensuring energy efficiency under partial loads. For precise water temperature control, all models can be equipped with stepless energy control upon request. The heat exchanger uses corrugated tubes combined with screw compressors to ensure reliable unit operation. Protective and auxiliary components include compressor protection timers, overcurrent relays, compressor motor temperature sensors, anti-freeze thermostats, sight glasses, oil heaters, compressor reverse-phase protection relays, high and low pressure protection, exhaust high-temperature protection, and fusible plugs. 

The refrigeration capacity ranges from 102,500 Kcal/h to 654,800 Kcal/h. This series of units shares the general features of water-cooled screw chillers but offers the advantage of not requiring a water cooling system. They can be used in any well-ventilated area without the need for cooling water pumps, cooling towers, or other auxiliary equipment, significantly saving material and installation costs. They may even eliminate the need for a dedicated equipment room.

Small Pool Cooling Chiller Units

A comprehensive range of products includes high-temperature (outlet water temperature 15°C), medium-temperature (outlet water temperature 5°C), and low-temperature (outlet water temperature -15°C) series. The highly optimized structure uses heat exchanger plates to support the unit, ensuring simplicity, compactness, and practicality. The combination of screw compressors and heat exchangers achieves an energy efficiency ratio of up to 4.5. Four-stage or stepless capacity control adapts to load variations. Compact size, high cooling capacity, and reliable low-temperature performance make these units ideal for industrial applications. They come with built-in low-temperature circulation pumps and stainless steel chilled water tanks for ease of use. All materials in contact with water are corrosion-resistant to prevent rust and corrosion. The microcomputer LED digital display controller features temperature display, setting, automatic chilled water temperature adjustment, and compressor delay protection. Brand-name contactors, relays, and other electrical components are used, with clear indicators and switches for straightforward operation. The built-in electronic water level indicator and alarm system provide low-water alerts, allowing operators to monitor and replenish water levels via the control panel. Modular design ensures that each compressor system operates independently, so a fault in one system does not affect others.
