The pool cooling water chiller unit adopts a touch-type waterproof and dustproof control panel, with a cooling temperature range of 5–30°C. It uses Schneider, LG series, or Siemens contactors, and features a modular control system. It is equipped with multiple protection devices, including system acid-base protection, current overload protection, high and low pressure protection, and time delay protection. It provides timely alarms and displays faults when issues occur.
This product uses a new refrigeration compressor, resulting in a higher energy efficiency ratio. The condenser is designed with a shell-and-tube structure, and the evaporator copper tubes use internal threaded copper tubes, effectively improving heat exchange efficiency and making cleaning easier.
The water pump is selected from Italian or Taiwanese high-flow, high-head pumps, ensuring safe, ultra-quiet, and energy-efficient operation. The unit's housing is finished with electrostatic powder coating, making it aesthetically pleasing. It is equipped with a stainless steel water tank for easy and quick cleaning. The tank includes a float ball automatic water replenishment device to measure and control water levels, effectively saving time and improving work efficiency for customers.
Using the evaporative cooling method of the refrigeration compressor, the water pump draws high-temperature water from the pool into the evaporator of the chiller unit, where it undergoes indirect heat exchange with the low-temperature refrigerant. The refrigeration process absorbs heat from the water in the high-temperature tank and carries it out of the unit. Through this cycle, the water in the tank is effectively cooled. The unit automatically shuts down once the water temperature reaches the desired set value.

The pool cooling water chiller unit is mainly used for cooling industrial production equipment in industries such as plastic molding, injection molding, blow molding, casting, surface treatment, electroplating, electrophoresis, electronics, circuit board production, electronic chip manufacturing, chemical processing, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food processing, aluminum profiles, aluminum alloys, tempered glass, coated glass production, ultrasonic cleaning, jewelry processing, fur processing, and ink production.
Large Pool Cooling Water Chiller Unit
Equipped with a semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressor, its 5:6 spiral rotor compressor offers 20–30% higher energy efficiency than conventional compressors. It features reliable operation, high efficiency, easy maintenance, capacity control, and a wide range of applications. It includes symmetrical rotor tooth profiles, four-stage or stepless capacity control systems, a built-in differential pressure oil lubrication system, low vibration, and low noise.
Microcomputer-controlled temperature; the unit's microcomputer controller uses an LCD dot matrix display with a user-friendly full Chinese interface for fully automated control. The LCD screen displays real-time operating conditions and monitors the unit's status. The sealed touch panel is waterproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant, and has long-lasting buttons. It offers stepped and stepless energy control: for general air conditioning systems, there are 75%, 50%, and 25% stepped energy control systems to ensure energy efficiency under partial load. For precise water temperature control, all models can be equipped with stepless energy control upon request. The heat exchanger uses corrugated tubes, combined with a screw compressor, ensuring reliable unit operation. It includes protective and auxiliary components such as a compressor protection timer, overcurrent relay, compressor motor temperature sensor, anti-freeze thermostat, liquid sight glass, oil heater, compressor reverse phase protection relay, high and low pressure protection, exhaust high-temperature protection, and fusible plug.
The refrigeration capacity ranges from 102,500 KcWl/h to 654,800 KcWl/h. In addition to the general features of water-cooled screw chiller series, this series does not require a water cooling system and can be used in any well-ventilated area. Air-cooled units do not require auxiliary equipment such as cooling water pumps or cooling towers, significantly saving material and installation costs. They may not even require a dedicated equipment room.
Small Pool Cooling Water Chiller Unit
The product line is comprehensive, including high-temperature (outlet water temperature 15°C), medium-temperature (outlet water temperature 5°C), and low-temperature (outlet water temperature -15°C) series. The structure is highly optimized, using heat exchanger plates to support the unit, making it simple, compact, and practical. The combination of a screw compressor and heat exchanger achieves an energy efficiency ratio of up to 4.5. It offers four-stage or stepless capacity control to match load variations. Compact size, high cooling capacity, and reliable low-temperature performance. Designed for industrial applications, it includes a built-in low-temperature circulation water pump and stainless steel chilled water tank for ease of use. All materials in contact with water are corrosion-resistant to prevent rust and corrosion. The microcomputer LED digital display controller features temperature display, temperature setting, automatic chilled water temperature adjustment, and compressor delay protection. It uses branded contactors, relays, and other electrical components, with comprehensive indicators and switches for clear operation. The built-in electronic water level indicator and alarm system provide low-water alerts, allowing operators to monitor the chilled water tank level via the control panel and replenish water promptly. Modular design ensures each compressor system operates independently; if one system fails, it does not affect the others.
