Equipment Description

The cooling method for high-temperature water tanks utilizes a cooling unit to achieve temperature reduction. The unit employs evaporative cooling to control the water temperature within a specific range, meeting the temperature requirements of end equipment or other applications. The water tank cooling unit features adjustable temperature control, with a range of (-40 to 30)°C.

Liquid flows through the evaporator of the cooling unit to achieve the desired cooling effect. The four main components of the water tank cooling unit (compressor, evaporator, condenser, dry filter, thermal expansion valve) play crucial roles in the refrigeration process.

The water tank cooling unit utilizes multiple compressors in parallel, each with its independent chilled water circuit, meaning the evaporator and condenser are entirely separate. All compressors are controlled by a unified microcomputer system, starting and stopping individually without interference. The unit uses only original factory parts, ensuring minimal failure rates and stable performance.

Cooling Principle for High-Temperature Water Tanks

Using the evaporative cooling method of refrigeration compressors, a pump draws water from the high-temperature tank into the evaporator of the cooling unit, where it undergoes indirect heat exchange with low-temperature refrigerant. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the water and carries it out of the system. This cycle continues, effectively cooling the water in the tank until the desired temperature is reached, at which point the unit automatically shuts down.

Types of water tank cooling units: Water-cooled refrigeration requires cooling water, while air-cooled units do not, offering flexibility and convenience, suitable for water-scarce areas or mobile applications.

Refrigerants: Common refrigerants used in refrigeration systems for heat transfer include Freon, ammonia, lithium bromide, methyl chloride, etc. Freon, based on its vaporization temperature and chemical formula, includes varieties such as R-11, R-12, R-13, R-21, R-22, R-113, R-114, R-142, and others. These refrigerants can be used in low-pressure (condensing pressure less than 0.3-0.3 MPa) high-temperature (evaporation temperature greater than 0°C), medium-pressure (condensing pressure 1-2 MPa) medium-temperature (evaporation temperature 0 to -50°C), and high-pressure (condensing pressure greater than 2 MPa) low-temperature (evaporation temperature less than -50°C) refrigeration systems.

6、Upon receiving a customer call or an "equipment failure notice," we will attempt remote maintenance. If remote maintenance is not possible, we will arrive on-site within 24 hours for areas within Guangdong Province, and within 72 hours for areas outside Guangdong Province.

7、Simply call or contact us by other means, and we will resolve any technical issues. We provide comprehensive service 24 hours a day!
