Water Tank Cooling Chiller Unit
Liquid flows through the evaporator of the chiller unit to achieve the desired cooling effect. The four main components of the water tank cooling chiller unit (compressor, evaporator, condenser, dryer filter, thermal expansion valve) play crucial roles in the refrigeration process.
The water tank cooling chiller unit uses multiple compressors in parallel, each with its own independent chilled water circuit, meaning the evaporator and condenser are completely separate. All compressors are controlled by a unified microcomputer control system, starting and stopping individually without any interference. The unit employs all original factory parts, ensuring extremely low failure rates and stable performance.
Using the evaporative refrigeration method of the refrigeration compressor, the pump draws water from the high-temperature tank into the evaporator of the chiller unit, where it undergoes indirect heat exchange with the low-temperature refrigerant. The refrigeration process absorbs heat from the water in the high-temperature tank and carries it out of the unit. This cycle continues until the water temperature reaches the desired level, at which point the unit automatically shuts down.
Types of water tank cooling chiller units: Water-cooled refrigeration requires cooling water, while air-cooled units do not, offering flexibility and convenience, suitable for water-scarce areas or mobile applications.
Refrigerants: Common refrigerants used in refrigeration systems include Freon, ammonia, lithium bromide, methyl chloride, etc. Among these, Freon is categorized based on its vaporization temperature and chemical formula, such as R-11, R-12, R-13, R-21, R-22, R-113, R-114, R-142, and others. These refrigerants can be used in low-pressure (condensing pressure less than 0.3-0.3 MPa) high-temperature (evaporation temperature greater than 0°C), medium-pressure (condensing pressure 1-2 MPa) medium-temperature (evaporation temperature 0 to -50°C), and high-pressure (condensing pressure greater than 2 MPa) low-temperature (evaporation temperature less than -50°C) refrigeration systems.
