Nanjing Aikang Quanxin Analysis and Testing Center currently possesses domestically advanced high-resolution 400M nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers, a full set of Agilent series liquid chromatography-mass spectrometers, gas chromatography-mass spectrometers, high-performance liquid chromatographs, gas chromatographs, and various physicochemical analysis instruments, among other large-scale analytical instruments.

Aikang Quanxin Analysis Department Testing Items:
1. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer Testing: 1H, 13C, 19F, 31P, and other one-dimensional spectra. The laboratory is routinely equipped with dimethyl sulfoxide-d6, chloroform-d, heavy water, and methanol-d4, and provides 5mm standard NMR test tubes.
2. Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Testing: Qualitative analysis of food safety, pesticide and veterinary drug residues, toxic and harmful substances, drug impurities, organic pollutants, and biological samples; monitoring of synthetic reaction processes, analysis of main and by-products and intermediates, and study of chemical reaction pathways and mechanisms; clinical drug concentration monitoring, establishment of new drug quality standards, and pharmacokinetic research.
3. Gas Chromatography Testing: FID detector, percentage content determination by peak area normalization method; quantitative analysis by internal standard and external standard methods (customers need to provide reference standards).
4. Liquid Chromatography Testing: DAD/UV detector, percentage content determination by peak area normalization method; quantitative analysis by internal standard and external standard methods (customers need to provide reference standards).
5. Moisture Content Testing: Karl Fischer method for moisture content testing (ketone reagents require an appointment one week in advance).
6. Optical Rotation Testing: Automatic polarimeter for sample specific rotation and sugar content determination.
7. Melting Point Testing: Sample melting point testing, range from room temperature to 350 degrees Celsius.

Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry combines the high separation capability of liquid chromatography for complex samples with the advantages of mass spectrometry, such as high selectivity, high sensitivity, and the ability to provide relative molecular weight and structural information. It is widely used in many fields such as drug analysis, food analysis, and environmental analysis.
1. Imported Agilent equipment, equipped with an ESI ion source, suitable for the vast majority of samples with different polarities and molecular weights.
2. Pulse counting detector allows rapid switching between positive/negative ion detection modes, thereby providing both positive and negative ion spectral data.
3. Operates with a generator for gas supply, minimizing the number of vacuum pumping times, so samples can be submitted without waiting.
4. Highly experienced and skilled testing personnel quickly and accurately complete tests and send data.

Mass Spectrometry: Agilent 6120
Mass spectrometry combines high sensitivity with the ability to provide relative molecular weight and structural information, making it widely applicable in many fields such as drug analysis, food analysis, and environmental analysis.
