What preparations are needed before instrument and equipment acceptance?
1. After signing the instrument and equipment purchase contract, the user unit should pre-arrange or train acceptance technicians to familiarize themselves with the technical documentation provided by the manufacturer;
2. The acceptance team should prepare for acceptance according to the requirements of the purchased instruments and equipment, such as the acceptance site, power supply, water source, workbench, etc.;

3. For valuable instruments and equipment, the acceptance team should develop an acceptance plan. If there are difficulties in installation and acceptance, relevant experts and engineering technicians should be invited to assist with installation and acceptance.

Instrument Acceptance Requirements
I. Appearance Inspection:
1. Check whether the internal and external packaging of the instrument and equipment is intact and whether it is marked with:
Instrument number, execution standard, date of manufacture, manufacturer, receiving unit, whether it is the manufacturer's original packaging, and whether there is any unpacking, damage, impact, immersion, dampness, deformation, etc.;

3. According to the contract, check whether the labeling includes products from manufacturers not specified in the contract;
4. If any of the above issues are found, detailed records should be made, and photos should be taken as evidence.
II. Quantity Acceptance:
1. Based on the supply contract and packing list, check the specifications, models, configurations, and quantities of the main unit and accessories, and conduct a thorough inventory check;
2. Carefully check whether the random materials are complete, such as the instrument manual, operating procedures, maintenance manual, product inspection certificate, warranty card, etc.;
3. Compare with the contract to check the trademarks, and identify any unbranded products, OEM products, or brands not specified in the contract;
4. Keep a detailed quantity acceptance record, including the acceptance location, time, participants, box number, product name, and the expected versus actual quantities.
III. Quality Acceptance:
1. Quality acceptance should involve comprehensive testing and must not be conducted through sampling or omission;
2. Strictly follow the contract terms, instrument user manual, and operating manual for installation and trial operation;
3. Compare with the instrument instructions and conduct various technical parameter tests to check whether the instrument's technical indicators and performance meet the requirements;
4. Compare the technical indicators of the goods with industry requirements; deviations are only allowed upward, not downward;
5. During quality acceptance, detailed records should be kept. If the instrument has quality issues, a written record of the details should be made. Depending on the situation, decide whether to return, replace, or request the manufacturer to send personnel for repair.
