I. Overview of Cement Curing Tanks:

Nanjing Jiedi's TKY-B Fully Stainless Steel Constant Temperature Cement Curing Tank is used for the standard curing of cement test blocks. Independently controlled by a microcomputer, it automatically monitors and regulates the temperature of the curing water in each compartment, enabling individual automatic cooling and heating for each curing tank within a single room. Utilizing a fin-type refrigeration micro-circulation water pump, it automatically cools and lowers the temperature, ensuring each curing tank reaches the standard curing temperature of 20°C.

II. Working Principle of Cement Curing Tanks:

Through the built-in constant temperature unit of the tank group, the water temperature in the constant temperature water tank is maintained at the desired level. The temperature-regulated water is delivered to each curing tank via a circulation pump and constant temperature water pipes. Each curing tank is equipped with an independent temperature display and control system, with temperature sensors placed directly in the water of each tank. When the water temperature in any compartment deviates from 20±0.5°C, the individual temperature computer controller activates the constant temperature water circulation pump. The constant temperature water circulates and transfers heat, ensuring precise temperature control for each compartment, with temperature uniformity within ±0.5°C.

III. Product Features of Cement Curing Tanks:

1. Independent built-in refrigeration (heating) unit and standalone microcomputer temperature control ensure high precision in regulating curing water temperature. The tank group remains unaffected by laboratory and ambient temperatures, allowing the laboratory working environment to be adjusted as needed.

2. Utilizing water as a direct contact conduction medium offers superior heat exchange efficiency compared to traditional air-based conduction, resulting in faster temperature adjustment and energy savings.

3. The relatively independent tank design enhances the versatility of the curing tanks.

4. When ambient temperatures are too low, PTC ceramic heating elements provide constant temperature compensation, addressing temperature fluctuations during defrosting of the constant temperature unit and improving energy efficiency.

5. The use of water as a conduction medium, evenly distributed around the curing tank, ensures high stability and uniformity of the curing water temperature.
