The all-stainless steel constant temperature cement curing tank produced by Nanjing Jiedi is used for the standard curing of cement test blocks. It is independently controlled by a microcomputer, automatically monitoring and controlling the temperature of the curing water in each compartment, enabling independent automatic cooling and heating for each curing tank within a single room. Utilizing a fin-type refrigeration micro-circulation water pump, it automatically cools and reduces the temperature, ensuring that each curing tank reaches the standard curing temperature of 20°C.

Through the built-in constant temperature unit of the tank group, the water temperature in the constant temperature water tank is controlled to the desired level. The water is then delivered to each curing tank via a circulation pump and constant temperature water pipes. Each curing tank is equipped with an independent display temperature control system, with temperature sensors placed directly in the water of each curing tank. When the water temperature in any compartment of the curing tank group deviates from 20±0.5°C, the temperature computer controller for that compartment activates the constant temperature water circulation pump. The constant temperature water circulates and conducts heat through the curing tank, enabling precise temperature control for each compartment, with temperature uniformity reaching below ±0.5°C.

IV. Product Features of the Constant Temperature Cement Curing Tank:

1. Independent built-in refrigeration (heating) unit and independent microcomputer temperature control ensure high accuracy in curing water temperature control. The curing tank group is largely unaffected by laboratory and ambient temperatures, and the laboratory working environment temperature can be adjusted separately as needed.

2. Direct contact conduction using water as the medium is superior to traditional air medium conduction, significantly improving heat exchange efficiency, speeding up temperature adjustment, and saving energy.

3. The tank compartments are relatively independent, enhancing the versatility of the curing tank.

4. When the ambient temperature is too low, PTC ceramic heating elements are used for constant temperature compensation, solving the issue of water temperature fluctuations in the curing tank during frosting (defrosting) of the constant temperature unit, while also improving energy efficiency.

5. The use of water as the conduction medium, distributed evenly around the curing tank, ensures high stability and uniformity of the curing water temperature.
