I. Working Principle
Acid purifiers utilize the principle of thermal radiation to maintain the liquid temperature below the boiling point for evaporation, then condense the acid vapor to produce high-purity water and high-purity reagents. They are widely used in sample processing and analytical experiments.
II. Product Description
It can meet the low detection limit requirements of ICP and ICP-MS and provide laboratory-grade ultra-pure acid for demanding analytical applications. The main body of the equipment is made of high-purity PTFE and PFA. The container in contact with acid reagents uses imported PFA material, resulting in a lower background, no corrosion, and no contamination. It can handle common laboratory acids such as HNO₃, HCl, and HF. Experiments have shown that after one distillation, the metal impurity content in acid, originally around 10 PPB, can be reduced to approximately 0.01 PPB. If higher acid purity is required, the number of purification cycles can be increased. It is widely used for trace and ultra-trace analysis in industries such as geology, photovoltaics, and quality inspection.
