The HDK series concrete rapid freeze-thaw testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standards GB/T525-94 and GB/T50082-2009 "Standard for Test Methods of Long-term Performance and Durability of Ordinary Concrete," DL/T5150-2001 "Test Code for Hydraulic Concrete," and JTJ053-4 "Test Code for Cement Concrete in Highway Engineering," specifically for the "Rapid Freeze-Thaw Test of Concrete" to evaluate the frost resistance of concrete specimens under water freezing and thawing conditions by subjecting them to rapid freeze-thaw cycles.
This machine mainly consists of a microcomputer touch control panel, test chamber, refrigeration system, heating system, and coolant circulation system.
The microcomputer touch controller features a user-friendly interface, simple operation, and direct connectivity to a computer. It displays temperature curves and numerical data with easy switching, and the entire freeze-thaw test process is fully automated. Users can freely set freezing and thawing temperatures and cycle counts. In case of a malfunction, it emits audible and visual alarms and automatically implements corresponding safety protections, offering excellent control, display, recording, and protection functions.
The refrigeration system uses French Tecumseh fully enclosed compressor units and new-type heaters to balance the coolant temperature with the center temperature of the concrete specimens through refrigeration and heating, ensuring precise temperature control. During operation, an imported low-temperature circulation pump continuously cycles the -45°C long-lasting coolant through pipelines to maintain temperature uniformity.
