Product Overview:
The Deming Electronics 93 product is an IoT and industrial Ethernet acquisition module that enables transparent data interaction between sensors and the network. It can forward sensor data to the network or transmit data from the network to sensors.
The Deming Electronics 93 series products include power conditioning, digital signal acquisition, transistor output, and RJ-45 network interface communication. The communication method adopts the MODBUS protocol, which is a widely used, connection-oriented, and reliable protocol based on the transport layer. Users can directly set the module's IP address, subnet mask, etc., on the web page. It can be used for monitoring and controlling the operation of sensor devices.
The Deming Electronics 93 series products are intelligent monitoring and control systems based on microcontrollers. User-configured settings such as the module's IP address and subnet mask are stored in non-volatile memory EEPROM.
The Deming Electronics 93 series products are designed and manufactured according to industrial standards, with 3000V isolation between signal input/output, strong anti-interference capability, and high reliability. The operating temperature range is -45°C to +85°C.
Functional Introduction:
The Deming Electronics 93 remote I/O module can be used to measure eight channels of digital signals and has eight channels of digital output. It can function as an 8-channel counter or 8-channel frequency measurement device,
and can also output 8 channels of PWM signals.
1. Digital Signal Input and Output
8 channels of digital signal input, compatible with dry contacts and wet contacts (please refer to the wiring diagram section for details); 8 channels of digital signal output with open-collector output.
2. Communication Protocol
Communication interface: RJ-45 network interface. The two indicator lights at the network port: the Link light (green) stays on when the network cable is connected, and the Data light (yellow) flashes intermittently.
Communication protocol: MODBUS protocol is used for industrial Ethernet data exchange. The module can also be directly accessed and controlled via a web page.
Network buffer: 2K Byte (both receive and transmit).
Communication response time: less than 10ms.
3. Anti-Interference
The module is equipped with transient suppression diodes inside, which can effectively suppress various surge pulses and protect the module.
