The NB-IoT and LoRaWAN integrated vibration transmitter significantly saves manpower and material resources consumed by repeated deployment of wired data acquisition equipment during testing, and is widely used in vibration acceleration data collection and online monitoring of industrial equipment. The system node features a compact structure and small size, consisting of a power module, acquisition processing module, and wireless transceiver module, with a built-in acceleration sensor encapsulated in a dustproof and waterproof housing. The maximum sampling rate of each node can be set to 25.6KHz, with an analysis bandwidth of up to 5KHz, enabling envelope analysis of bearings to effectively determine bearing faults. The collected data can be wirelessly transmitted to a computer in real time, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the data. The node's air transmission rate can reach 250Kbps, with an effective outdoor communication distance of up to 200m. The node is designed with specialized power management hardware and software, resulting in low power consumption during real-time uninterrupted transmission. Using the built-in battery, with one acquisition every 20 minutes, it can last up to five years.
