Three-phase power consumption protection intelligent power meter

This product is a comprehensive power measurement and protection acquisition device based on three-phase circuit electrical safety monitoring. Its main functions include monitoring all electrical parameters of the three-phase circuit (including harmonics), measuring three-channel temperatures (which can be used to measure cable temperatures), measuring zero-sequence current, and providing relay alarm output functionality.

It utilizes a high-precision 24-bit AD chip with a dynamic range ratio as high as 5000:1. It performs true RMS measurements with a wide frequency response range. The measurable parameters include voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, power factor, 51st harmonic voltage and current, cumulative power consumption, and various other electrical parameters. It offers high precision, excellent stability, and high communication speed.

Fully isolated processing technology ensures strong anti-interference capability. Measured electrical parameters are transmitted remotely via RS485 output. The product's Modbus protocol is fully compatible with the MODBUS (RTU) protocol used in various configuration software or PLC devices. This product is primarily used in electrical fire prevention alarm safety monitoring systems, among others. The product features the following characteristics:

Overall accuracy is better than Class 0.5, with a frequency response range of 10Hz-3000Hz.



It features three-channel PT100 temperature measurement across the full temperature range, with an accuracy of 0.1 degree, and can simultaneously measure the sensor's resistance value.



It can measure the 51st harmonic of each phase's voltage and current, with total harmonic content.



It has zero-sequence (or leakage current) current detection functionality.



It includes two-channel relay alarm output and pulse output functionality.



It supports multiple communication formats such as odd parity, even parity, no parity, and 2 stop bits, which can be freely configured.



Communication rate and address can be set via software or hardware modes, making it convenient to use.



Power consumption measurement features separate cumulative storage for forward and reverse directions, with power-off saving functionality.



It includes multiple operational indicator lights: a red light indicates normal operation, and a green light indicates communication.

Fully isolated design for temperature, power supply, input, and output terminals ensures strong anti-interference capability, with surge voltage suppression up to 2KV or higher.
