Wireless Displacement Sensor

The wireless displacement sensor adopts an external displacement sensor. After the device reads the sensor data in real-time, it uploads it to a remote cloud server wirelessly. Unlike wireless communication methods such as Lora, Bluetooth, and Zigbee that require local networking, our company's wireless sensors can directly connect to the server, ensuring more stable communication transmission. The sensor uses conductive resistive material sprayed onto the PCB to achieve precise control and measurement adjustment. The sliding brush is installed on the linkage rod and tightly integrated with the conductive resistive material. It offers high measurement accuracy and a long service life. The sliding brush, made of precious metal with multiple contacts, spring damping, and an independent buffer device, ensures reliable contact with the resistive sheet even during high-speed operation or when subjected to impact and vibration.
