During the fermentation of liquor, microorganisms continuously circulate within the fermentation pit. As they become active, they generate a significant amount of heat, causing the temperature inside the pit to rise. However, to ensure the quality of the liquor, it is essential to control the fermentation temperature according to the principle of "slow start, steady middle, and gentle decline" during the fermentation stage, ensuring a smooth fermentation process.
In the traditional solid-state fermentation brewing process, temperature control in the fermentation pit primarily relies on the extensive experience and craftsmanship of the brewers. This traditional method of temperature management is labor-intensive and time-consuming. To meet the development needs of enterprises, how can digital and intelligent transformation be implemented to upgrade fermentation temperature control methods through digitalization and intelligence?
Addressing the need for intelligent upgrades in solid-state fermentation temperature control for liquor producers, a thermometer specifically designed for traditional solid-state fermentation processes has been independently developed. This device, known as the fermentation pit thermometer or pit temperature sensor, uses a probe insertion method to detect temperatures at multiple points at different depths within the pit. It transmits the data via LORA wireless communication to the distillery management platform, enabling remote monitoring: real-time data viewing, alarm value settings, and temperature change reports for specific stages.
The fermentation pit thermometer operates using LORA wireless signal transmission and is powered by a built-in battery. Therefore, during installation in the fermentation workshop, there is no need for wiring or cabling inside the workshop. This not only significantly shortens the construction period and reduces economic costs but, most importantly, avoids damaging the internal structure of the workshop.
The TY-type probe digital thermometer is specifically designed for temperature detection in temporary grain storage silos, soil, and wine cellars. Each probe is equipped with 2-5 temperature measurement points, depending on the grain storage height. Each measurement automatically scans the temperature of each layer from bottom to top three times. The point numbers and temperature values are displayed one-to-one on the instrument panel, making it convenient for managers to view and record.
