NB-IoT Wireless Multi-Channel Temperature Inspection Device

LORAWAN, NB-IOTWirelessMulti-Channel Temperature Scanner is equipped with a large LCD screen and does not have a USB interface for data storage. It is an instrument suitable for real-time monitoring and tracking of multiple points simultaneously. Using high-voltage semiconductor relays for switching input signals enables high-speed scanning, eliminating the noise and lifespan issues associated with traditional relays. Upper and lower temperature limits can be set for each channel, with audible alarms for out-of-limit conditions. The large LCD screen is particularly designed for real-time live monitoring of temperatures in components such as transistors, chokes, magnetic rings, and capacitors inside ovens, sterilizers, energy-saving lamps, and electronic ballasts. A computer records the entire temperature rise process in the form of curves, facilitating analysis and improvements, which greatly enhances the reliability of energy-saving lamps and electronic ballasts.
