High-temperature linear burner

The high-temperature linear burner module is crafted from high-temperature alloy steel and undergoes precision laser cutting to ensure component consistency. These components and processes, combined with a self-cooling design, enable the burner to operate reliably with inlet temperatures up to 700°C (1300°F) and outlet temperatures as high as 1200°C (2200°F). No separate combustion chamber is required—it is typically installed within enclosed or water-cooled combustion channels, positioned upstream of shell boilers, thermal oil boilers, waste heat recovery boilers, or drying equipment. Its advantage lies in the modular design concept: single-row or frame-supported multi-row linear burners can be provided based on demand. The weld-free structure of the combustion zone ensures minimal thermal stress. This intelligent design translates to easier system maintenance, a longer product lifecycle, and high flexibility for customized applications.
