Step glass, also known as stair glass, is glass formed in a stepped shape.

Nuokunda Glass Factory specializes in producing various types of step glass, with temperature resistance ranging from 150-1750°C. After heat treatment, the step glass exhibits excellent thermal stability, high transparency, and a surface free from scratches or bubbles. It offers good light transmittance, is easy to clean repeatedly without wear, remains deformation-free and color-fast over time, and has strong impact resistance. It can be processed with colors, patterns, logos, etc. Step glass is widely used in buried lights and electrical equipment.

Processable thickness: 2-40mm.

Processing dimensions: 5-400mm, processed according to requirements (CAD or PDF drawings must be provided).

Edge treatment: Polished edge, ground edge, fine-ground edge, rounded edge, square edge, etc.

Surface treatment: Polishing, sandblasting, acid etching, transparency, printing, etc.

Temperature resistance of step glass: 150-1700°C

Light transmittance: ≥95%
