4631 Water-Glycol Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Oil

Performance and Characteristics: This product is a non-flammable hydraulic oil refined from water and glycol base fluid with the addition of various additives such as antioxidants, rust inhibitors, lubricants, anti-foaming agents, and extreme pressure agents. According to international standards, it belongs to the ISO-L-HFC category of water-glycol non-flammable hydraulic oils.

The product has excellent fire resistance, ensuring safe use in high-temperature environments or when exposed to open flames. It has an extremely low pour point, ensuring easy startup in low temperatures, and excellent high and low-temperature stability without deterioration. Under normal working conditions, its service life is no less than 10,000 hours, and it can be stored for up to two years. It provides excellent gas and liquid rust protection, copper and rubber corrosion resistance, and lubrication, ensuring the lubrication and service life of hydraulic oil pumps, hydraulic jacks, and other components.

Its storage life, service life, low-temperature resistance, and stability far exceed those of similar mineral oil-based emulsified oils. The product is also harmless to humans, has minimal environmental impact, and does not require special treatment of waste liquid, meeting environmental protection requirements.

Application: Used in hydraulic systems operating in environments with open flames or high temperatures, serving as an important fire-resistant hydraulic medium. It is suitable for fire-resistant hydraulic systems required in industries such as steel, coal mining, light industry, chemical processing, mechanical processing, and plastic processing. Applications include coke oven doors, quenching cars, die-casting machines, furnace top bell systems, extruders, converter hood lifting mechanisms, forging presses, electric furnace cover opening and tilting mechanisms, casting machines, ladle sliding gates, continuous casting machines, hot rolling mills, coal mine hydraulic supports, reducers, welding robots, plastic extruders, automatic welding fixtures, surface electroplating machines, glass molding machines, etc.

Operating Temperature Range: -45℃ to +65℃, with operating pressures up to 20 MPa.

Precautions: Maximum operating temperature: The initial oil tank should not exceed 55℃, and closed oil tanks should not exceed 65℃. Excessive temperatures may cause excessive water evaporation, leading to increased hydraulic viscosity and affecting performance. Do not mix with mineral oil-based, emulsion-based, or grease-based hydraulic media. Before using this product, ensure the hydraulic system is thoroughly cleaned. During use, regularly inspect the oil's appearance, viscosity, pH value, and foaming characteristics (typically every 3 months). Address any issues promptly.
