Molybdenum Disulfide Heavy-Duty Vehicle Gear Oil

Performance and Characteristics: This patented product is a molybdenum disulfide lubricating oil, which appears as a dark blue-gray-black oily liquid. Visually, fine molybdenum disulfide particles are suspended in the oil without sedimentation or stratification, achieving the effect of countless tiny grinding balls converting friction surfaces into rolling motion surfaces, thereby reducing wear, extending equipment service life, saving energy, and enabling automatic repair of wear. The product uses mineral oil and the company's own silicate ester as base oils, with the addition of various additives. Depending on the content of molybdenum disulfide 968 salt and the scope of application, six grades have been designed to meet the needs of various oil-using equipment. The basic indicators of molybdenum disulfide heavy-duty vehicle gear oil are formulated with reference to international heavy-duty vehicle gear oil standards and share the same viscosity grades as national standards. Therefore, the viscosity grade of molybdenum disulfide heavy-duty vehicle gear oil is the same as that of non-molybdenum disulfide heavy-duty vehicle gear oil. Molybdenum disulfide heavy-duty vehicle gear oil exhibits good compatibility with other hydrocarbon-based heavy-duty vehicle gear oils, and no cleaning of the oil system is required when using this oil.

Applications: Suitable for lubricating various gears operating under high-speed impact loads, high-speed low-torque, or low-speed high-torque conditions, particularly the hypoid gear drive axles of buses and various vehicles.
