Ethylene-boron nitride

Properties: Appears as white powder with a transparent crystalline structure, has minimal impact on the gloss of lubricating grease, and feels smooth to the touch in powdered form. The boron content is approximately 10 times that of T361, resulting in lower required dosage. Grease products with high boron content are economical and practical. For example: adding 2% to No. 3 universal lithium-based grease can increase the maximum extreme pressure performance (PB) by up to 104 kg. Its extreme pressure performance is superior to other types of extreme pressure additives, and it can also raise the dropping point of certain greases without affecting other grease indicators.

Applications: Currently used primarily as an extreme pressure additive in the production of various greases and high-viscosity lubricating oils (above 1000#). Due to its transparent crystals, it can be used in greases of any color.

Usage Method: Follow the original production process without changes. Add the product after the grease is formed but before shearing. Alternatively, it can be mixed into finished grease at room temperature until uniform.

Packaging, Transportation, and Storage: Packed in round paper drums, each with a net weight of 25 kg. The product is combustible and alkaline; if heated during drying, it releases organic gases. It should be transported and stored as a Class 3 organic alkaline substance. Do not store or transport with acidic materials. Store in a dry, ventilated area, protected from water, moisture, and rain.
