I. Properties The product is a water-soluble amine ester produced through processes such as esterification of vinyl alcohol butylamine with fatty acids. It is particularly suitable for use as a water-based rust preventive lubricant. A 5% aqueous solution of this product shows no rust in cast iron rust prevention tests within one week, and its extreme pressure performance is also excellent. With a 5% aqueous solution, the four-ball tester shows an extreme pressure PB value greater than 63 kg. The extreme pressure performance increases with the concentration of PP amine ester, and the PB value also increases accordingly. The aqueous solution is transparent, stable, and has low foaming. It can be directly mixed with tap water or groundwater to form an aqueous solution for use as a water-based rust preventive lubricant.
