Molybdenum Disulfide Lubricant

Performance and Characteristics: This patented product is a molybdenum disulfide lubricating oil, which appears as a deep blue-gray-black oily liquid. Visually, fine molybdenum disulfide particles are suspended in the oil without settling or stratification, achieving the effect of countless tiny grinding balls converting friction surfaces into rolling motion surfaces. This results in reduced wear, extended equipment service life, energy savings, and automatic wear repair capabilities. The product uses mineral oil and the company's produced silicate ester as base oils, with the addition of various additives. Depending on the content of molybdenum disulfide 968 salt and the scope of application, four grades have been designed to meet the needs of various oil-using equipment. The basic specifications of molybdenum disulfide gasoline engine oil are formulated with reference to international gasoline engine oil standards and share the same viscosity grades as the national standard. Therefore, the viscosity grades of molybdenum disulfide gasoline engine oil and non-molybdenum disulfide gasoline engine oil are the same. Molybdenum disulfide gasoline engine oil has good compatibility with other hydrocarbon-based gasoline engine oils, and using this oil does not require cleaning the oil system.

Applications: SE gasoline engine oil is suitable for lubricating gasoline engine vehicles operating under relatively harsh conditions, as well as gasoline engines equipped with exhaust gas recirculation devices, such as Santana, Xiali, Alto, Lada, Isuzu, Peugeot, Hongqi, etc. SF gasoline engine oil is suitable for lubricating gasoline engine vehicles operating under harsh conditions, such as Audi, Ford, Nissan, Jetta, Chevrolet, Peugeot, Santana, etc. SG gasoline engine oil is suitable for lubricating contemporary advanced gasoline engine vehicles, such as BMW, Bluebird, Cadillac, Chrysler, Mazda, etc. SJ gasoline engine oil is suitable for lubricating various modern gasoline engine vehicles, such as Lincoln, Buick, Acura, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Toyota, Camry, and various types of racing cars and top-tier sedans.

Note: 1) At the request of the buyer, the supplier is allowed to produce products of other viscosity grades. The physical and chemical indicators may refer to this standard and be agreed upon by both parties. For products containing viscosity additives, manually stir the sample before testing or invert and shake the container five times, then let it stand for 5 minutes before testing.

2) Products produced with medium viscosity index (MVI) base oil are allowed to have a flash point 10°C lower than the standard specification.

3) For oils of each grade designation, in the order: SE(SE/CC), SF(SF/CD), SG(SG/CG), SJ(SJ/CJ), the detergency and dispersancy performance improves by more than 0.5 grade sequentially.
