Applicable Fields:
Precipitated calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate, kaolin, asbestos powder, talc powder, fly ash, silica powder, glass powder, barium sulfate, gypsum powder, zinc oxide, aluminum hydroxide, alumina, diatomite, calcium phosphate, lithopone, iron oxide red, bentonite, wollastonite powder, mica powder, pyrophyllite powder, sepiolite powder, and other fillers or pigments.
Special Features:
1. Improves the dispersion, fineness, and brightness of fillers (pigments), effectively reducing viscosity;
2. Enhances the surface activity of inorganic powders without altering their original color, is non-toxic and odorless, has a high thermal decomposition temperature, requires no dilution during use, exhibits thermal stability synergy to improve plasticization effects, and is widely applicable with low costs;
3. Suitable for high-speed wire drawing machines in filled masterbatches, with no powder shedding, no yellowing, and no leaching;
Usage Amount:
0.5-1.5% of the total filler powder amount. The optimal usage depends on the specific product. See the process usage recommendations below;
Process Usage Recommendations:
Injection or extrusion molded plastic hard products
Usage is about 1% of the total filler mass. Pre-treatment for coating modification can be done, or it can be added directly.
Soft products and foamed products
Usage is 0.3%-0.5% of the total filler mass.
Ultrafine and high-specific surface area fillers
Such as magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, and white carbon black, usage can be 1%-2% of the total filler mass;
Specific Process
1. Pre-treatment Method
Preheat the filler to about 110°C, then add the aluminate coupling agent. Use high-speed heating mixers, hive mills, continuous modification machines, or other surface modification equipment for surface chemical coating modification. Fillers treated with the aluminate coupling agent can be used directly in PVC and rubber products, similar to ordinary fillers. However, for granular resin materials like polypropylene, ABS, PS, and polyethylene, it is best to pre-make masterbatches.
2. Direct Addition Method
If the total moisture content of the material is below 0.5%, the aluminate coupling agent can be added directly during high-speed mixing. The addition method is the same as above, but the order of addition should preferably be filler, coupling agent, and a small amount of plasticizer first. After heating and stirring for three minutes, add other components and then proceed with kneading. This method is suitable for various PVC soft and hard plastic products.
3. Other Pigment/Filler Products

Precautions:
Avoid contact with water. The product has a shelf life of two years (from the date of manufacture). Ensure the package is sealed after use.
This product is non-flammable and non-explosive. It can be packaged, transported, and stored in plastic or plastic-steel barrels.
