Plastic High-Temperature Resistant Lubricating Brightener PETS

1: Lubricant PETS exhibits excellent thermal stability and low volatility at high temperatures, along with good mold release and flow properties. It is used as a lubricant, dispersant, brightener, and plasticizer in the rubber and plastic industries. During the rubber plasticization process, it acts as a plasticizer and lubricant; it also has a nucleating effect on partially crystalline plastics, making it suitable for transparent products.
2: As an internal and external lubricant and dispersant for alloy specialty engineering plastics, PA, PBT, PET, PPO, PPS, PC, rigid PVC, and other polymer systems, it helps prevent fiber floating in fiber-filled materials. The typical dosage is 0.5–0.8%, which is lower than that of most traditional lubricants.
3: It is particularly suitable for applications requiring both high-temperature processing conditions, thermal stability, and mold release properties. In high-temperature plastic processing, there is no need to worry about degradation (thermal decomposition temperature exceeds 320°C). It also provides lubricating, dispersing, and brightening effects in masterbatches.
