Product Nature

● This product is a white powder or granules, insoluble in water, stable in acid, alkali, and aqueous media. At room temperature, it is insoluble in solvents such as ethanol and carbon tetrachloride but soluble in hot chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvents. It is non-toxic and can be safely used in the food industry.

Product Applications

● In plastic processing, it effectively reduces friction between resin particles before melting and between resin molecules after melting, thereby improving processability, saving power consumption, and increasing productivity. It also helps prevent thermal degradation of the resin caused by excessive frictional heat, reduces melt viscosity, promotes melt fluidity, prevents adhesion between the resin and metal surfaces, and enhances mold release. Its unique chemical structure not only improves the processability of polymer resins but also imparts excellent application properties to the final products. This product is suitable for use as a lubricant and release agent in various thermoplastic resins and products, such as PVC, PP, PE, ABS, AS, PA, POM, and PC, to enhance the quality of plastic products, improve their appearance, and provide anti-adhesion, slip, anti-static, pigment dispersion, and auxiliary stabilization effects. It is also used as an anti-blocking agent in films and flexible packaging.

● In rubber processing, it can be used as a lubricant, anti-adhesive agent, release agent, filler surface modifier, and surface treatment agent for hard rubber. Its outstanding performance includes improving the surface gloss of products such as rubber sheets and hoses.

● In wire drawing, it can increase drawing speed, extend the life of metal molds, and improve the smoothness of the wire surface. In powder metallurgy molding, it reduces wear on metal molds.

● When added to asphalt, it increases the softening point, reduces viscosity, and enhances resistance to water or acid corrosion.

● In coatings and paints, it improves resistance to saltwater and water, as well as the smoothness of baked paint surfaces.

● In adhesives and waxes, it prevents caking and improves mold release.

● Additionally, it can be used as a component in paper coatings, potting materials for electrical components, and a clarifying agent for fishing nets.
