●     This product can serve as a slip agent and antistatic agent for blown films such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyamide; as an anti-blocking agent for polypropylene, improving the processing operability of injection molding and extrusion molding, facilitating the opening of tubular films. Due to its antistatic effect, it can reduce surface dust on products; it has outstanding internal slip effect in PVC.

●     In the coatings industry, it can be used as a slip additive for topcoats of automobiles, furniture, etc., effectively preventing surface coatings from showing marks when scratched.

●     It acts as a dispersant and lubricant in various color masterbatches.

●     Additionally, it can be used as a dispersant for pigments and dyes, a wear-resistant brightener for printing inks, a compounding agent for typewriting and carbon copying, and a fiber finishing agent, among others.

Typical Applications:

1、  High-pressure polyethylene film: improves opening performance, reduces energy consumption by 10%–30%, and increases output by 30%–60% under the same energy consumption.

2、  Color masterbatch: as a high-efficiency dispersant, it can increase pigment content by 10%–15%, while enhancing brightness and increasing melt index, thereby boosting output and reducing costs.

3、  Low-pressure polyethylene film: with an addition amount of 0.05%–2%, it ensures uniform film thickness and prevents wrinkles.

4、  Anti-blocking agent and anti-fogging agent for EVA packaging films and agricultural films.

5、  Slip agent and antistatic agent for polyethylene heat-shrink films.

6、  When added to polyethylene pipes, extrusion output increases by 20%, and the pipe surface becomes bright, smooth, and fine.
