Anti-glass fiber exposure agent TAF is suitable for various modified engineering plastics (PBT, PET, PA, PC, etc.) and general plastics (PP, ABS, AS, PE, etc.), especially for modified plastics with fillers (inorganic powders or glass fibers). It effectively disperses fillers and improves the compatibility of components within the system, enhancing the product's surface smoothness and cleanliness without affecting mechanical properties.
When used in glass fiber and other filler-modified plastics, it provides excellent coupling and dispersion effects on inorganic fillers and glass fibers, allowing fillers and resin to flow uniformly, increasing the melt index (MI), and significantly improving both the physical and appearance properties of the product while reducing the defect rate.
The product contains polar and active groups, and its dispersion, internal, and external lubrication properties are significantly superior to those of ordinary lubricants.
Packaging: 25kg plastic bag packaging. It is recommended to store in a dark, dry, and well-ventilated area.
