This product is a composite granule of azodicarbonamide, produced by blending a foaming agent with SBS as the carrier and pelletizing through an extruder. The foaming agent offers excellent performance and is widely applicable. It is used in synthetic materials such as PE, PP, PS, PA, ABS, and various rubbers. It is extensively employed in the foaming of slippers, shoe soles, insoles, plastic wallpapers, ceilings, floor leather, artificial leather, thermal insulation, and soundproofing materials. It features stable performance, non-flammability, non-polluting, odorless, non-corrosive to molds, non-staining to products, adjustable decomposition temperature, and does not affect curing and molding speed. This product is suitable for both atmospheric and pressurized foaming, ensuring uniform foaming and ideal fine-cell structure.

Addition: 2-4%, adjustable based on customer requirements.
