German EVA3 Color Masterbatch Low Viscosity Low Molecular Weight Wax

BASF wax powder EVA3 wax contains a polyethylene wax copolymer of ethylene/vinyl acetate (EVA), with a vinyl acetate (Vac) content (wt%) ranging between 13-15. BASF wax powder EVA3 exhibits high melt viscosity (120°C): 1200-1500 (mm²/s), excellent pigment affinity, and is particularly suitable for dispersing carbon black and hard-to-disperse pigments. Additionally, it is also recommended for use in TPU. For example, Luwax EVA3 is well-known in the plastics industry. This series includes other products, such as Luwax EVA1. Germany's BASF LUWAX EVA3 wax is a low molecular weight substance of ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer. EVA3 wax powder contains functional groups in its structure, which improves affinity with inorganic materials and compatibility with resins. It has stable chemical properties and good electrical performance.
