Product Description: A specialized softener for polypropylene non-woven fabric, which, during the spinning process of polypropylene, makes the produced non-woven fabric soft and smooth to enhance comfort when in contact with human skin, and it has no toxic or side effects on human skin.

In the non-woven fabric industry, especially in the hygiene product sector, customers often require non-woven fabrics to have a better hand feel. Traditionally, improving hand feel is often achieved by adjusting the process to produce products with a lower grammage per unit area. However, this method has certain limitations.

When used in the processing of PP non-woven fabric, it can enhance the fluidity of the non-woven fabric, reduce the friction coefficient between the non-woven fabric and steel rollers, improve the softness and hand feel of the non-woven fabric, and also enhance the stability and smoothness of the extrusion process.

Usage: The specific dosage can be adjusted according to customer requirements. It acts quickly, with a noticeable softening effect within 12 hours after the non-woven fabric is produced.
