Silicone Powder K6105

Silicone powder is produced by introducing functional groups onto ultra-high molecular weight silicone, resulting in better binding and compatibility with plastics. Silicone powder offers superior improvement in flow and release properties. It overcomes the weaknesses of other traditional silicone oils as plastic additives; it features high silicone content, large molecular weight, no migration, and no slippage during extrusion in screws.

▲ Significantly reduces friction coefficient, enhances slip properties, improves surface gloss, provides a silky surface feel, increases scratch resistance, and offers auxiliary anti-static effects.

▲ Enhances flame retardancy, reduces smoke density, and improves impact strength and surface gloss of flame-retardant (high-fill) materials.

▲ Exhibits good stability and non-migratory properties.

Usage Method:

Mix Silicone Powder K6105 with compatible resins in proportion, and it can be directly molded or pelletized.

Recommended Dosage: (For reference only)

At 0.5% addition, it improves processability, flow, and release properties of products; at 0.5-0.8%, it enhances surface properties (slipperiness, smoothness, scratch resistance, wear resistance, etc.). For wear resistance, add 0.8-1.5%, which can reduce wear loss by 30-80%.

Packaging: This product is packaged in plastic bags, with each bag net weight 20kg or 25kg.
