Product Applications

1. Masterbatch and Filler Masterbatch. Used as a dispersant in color masterbatch processing, widely applied in polyolefin color masterbatches. It exhibits excellent compatibility with resins such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polypropylene, and provides outstanding external and internal lubrication.

2. PVC Profiles, Pipes, Composite Stabilizers. Functions as a dispersant, lubricant, and brightener in the processing of PVC profiles, pipes, fittings, and PE/PP molding. Enhances the degree of plastification, improves the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products, and is widely used in the production of PVC composite stabilizers.

3. Inks. Offers good light and chemical resistance, serves as a carrier for pigments, improves the wear resistance of paints and inks, enhances the dispersion of pigments and fillers, provides excellent anti-settling properties, and acts as a flatting agent for paints and inks, giving products good gloss and three-dimensional effect.

4. Wax Products. Widely used in the production of various wax products such as floor wax, car wax, polish wax, candles, and crayons. Increases the softening point of wax products, enhances their strength and surface gloss.

5. Cable Materials. Used as a lubricant for cable insulation materials, enhances the dispersion of fillers, increases extrusion molding speed, improves mold flow, and facilitates demolding.

6. Hot Melt Products. Applied in various hot melt adhesives, thermosetting powder coatings, road marking paints, and line paints as a dispersant. Provides good anti-settling properties and imparts good gloss and three-dimensional effect to the products.

7. Rubber. Serves as a processing aid in rubber, enhances the dispersion of fillers, increases extrusion molding speed, improves mold flow, facilitates demolding, and enhances the surface brightness and smoothness of products after demolding.

8. Cosmetics. Imparts good gloss and three-dimensional effect to products.

9. Injection Molding. Saves machine power through lubrication and enhances the surface gloss of products.

Scope of Application

1. Provides external lubrication and strong internal lubrication, with good compatibility with resins such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polypropylene.

Can be used as a lubricant in extrusion, calendering, and injection processing. Improves processing efficiency, prevents and overcomes film, pipe, and sheet adhesion, enhances the smoothness and gloss of finished products, and improves product appearance.

2. Acts as a dispersant for concentrated color masterbatches and as a lubricant dispersant for filler masterbatches and degradable masterbatches for various thermoplastic resins. Improves the processing performance, surface gloss, lubricity, and thermal stability of HDPE, PP, PVC, etc.

3. Used as a lubricant for cable insulation materials, enhances the dispersion of fillers, increases extrusion molding speed, improves mold flow, and facilitates demolding.

4. Serves as a processing aid in rubber, enhances the dispersion of fillers, increases extrusion molding speed, improves mold flow, and facilitates demolding.

5. Offers good light and chemical resistance, serves as a carrier for pigments, improves the wear resistance of paints and inks, enhances the dispersion of pigments and fillers, prevents pigment settling, and acts as a flatting agent for paints and inks.

6. Functions as a softener and lubricant for natural or synthetic fibers, improves wear resistance, tear strength, wrinkle resistance, and the sewability of no-iron garments, reduces needle cutting, and adjusts tactile sensitivity.

7. Enhances the gloss, durability, hardness, and abrasion resistance of paper, increases water and chemical resistance, and improves the aesthetic appeal of paper.

8. Can be added to various waxes to enhance their properties. Excellent electrical insulator properties; when added to insulating oil, paraffin, or microcrystalline wax, it increases the softening temperature, viscosity, and insulation performance, making it suitable for cable insulation, and moisture-proof coatings for capacitors and transformer windings.

9. Additionally, it can be used in the manufacture of shoe polish, candles, crayons, cosmetics, leather agents, hot melt adhesives, etc.
